Whether you have your own ideas or require help and advice in designing that Cake for you To Remember we offer a free consultation service. This can be by phone, email, letter or in person.
Bookings
As each cake is individually designed and made, at least 3 months notice is preferred for Wedding Cakes. Although it may be possible to meet your needs at shorter notice - please contact us for advice. Please refer to Placing an Order.
How many Portions?
As a general guide for choosing the size of your cake.
Rich Fruit Cake (usually cut 1 inch by 1 inch)
Sponge Cake (usually cut 1 inch by 2 inch)
Shapes such as ovals, hearts and hexagons give approximately same number of portions as a round cake of the same size. Kitchen cakes (marzipaned and iced only) are available for additional cake slices.
Cake Choices - We offer traditional rich fruit cakes, hand made with the finest ingredients laced with Brandy to enrich the flavour; coated in natural marzipan and decorated in fondant icing.
Also available are Chocolate, Carrot, Vanilla or Lemon Sponge cakes. These can be used as alternatives to tradition fruit for one or more tiers of the cake.
